In the 2024/25 academic year, there will be a pool of 85 scholarships available, with five specifically earmarked for students from India. Each scholarship is valued at £15,000.

If your full-time program spans two years, the £15,000 award will be split—50% for each year. This scholarship is valid for one year by default, unless your program duration hits the two-year mark.

Good news! The UCL Global Masters Scholarship can be combined with other scholarships, awards, or bursaries. However, the amount you receive from UCL might change based on the total value of all your funding sources.

As a scholarship recipient, you must immediately inform UCL’s Student Funding Office about any additional funding you secure for your Master’s studies, whether received before or after being granted the UCL Global Masters Scholarship.

Initially, the scholarship covers your tuition fees. Any surplus will be distributed to you in three equal parts throughout the academic year to assist with living expenses.

Note: The scholarship is awarded on the basis of financial need and upon the recommendation of the Student Funding Office.
